Our Baobab CTRM utilizes the INCO terms of 2020.
Contracts can be created in Baobab and electronically signed. Stock can be purchased, financed and sold.
Transport can be arranged directly from the system and it will generate the supplier, customer and transporter confirmations automatically. Alternatively, Maple integration can be used to assist with the outsourcing of all loads directly to the transporters. Contracts can be sent directly to Maple and all load information is returned in a validated format for further processing within Baobab.
Deliveries can be uploaded directly from the mills sheets, silo dispatches or from the load bookings system.
Additional costs can be added at any stage of the delivery or collection. Automatic storage calculations are done every evening, adding to the management of the cost of carry on each stock item.
Our profitability report takes all stock, storage costs, transport costs and all other encompassing costs into account and produces a final profitability report strategically presenting your gross financial information for timeous and efficient decision making and reporting. This report, along with others is customizable to suit your specific individual needs.
